Maken — careers
Work on the machines.
Small team, high pace, no layers in between. We fix things in a week instead of a year — and we look for people who enjoy that pace rather than fear it.
Why you want to work here
No corporate ladder — an engine room where you contribute from day one.
No layers in between
You work directly alongside the CEO, CTO and marketing lead. No managers in between, no weeks of watching from the sidelines.
The latest AI stack
Gemini, Veo, Banana Pro and our own tools with direct API integrations to Meta and Google. You don't use AI — you build with it.
Real work, from day one
Campaigns, content and AI experiments for real clients. Output counts — for interns too.
Office with a roof terrace
Our office in Amsterdam has a large roof terrace — that's where we work and have lunch. Hybrid working is the norm.

Don't send a standard cover letter. Send what you've built, run or conceived — a project, a campaign, an AI experiment. That tells us more than your transcript.
