The new maken.io: why we rebuilt everything.
Our old site was dark. Literally — near-black, with green console type — but also figuratively: it was hard to tell what we actually do. For a company that runs on clarity, that was a problem we could not let stand.
So we did what we do for clients: no endless meetings about a rebrand, but a test environment and decisions based on what you see. One page where every choice — color, type, glass, radius — sat live next to its alternatives. Choose, lock it in, move on.
Light, glass and a serif that speaks
The new system — internally it goes by FROST — comes down to three things. A light ground with soft fields of color drifting behind the page. Panels of frosted glass floating on top. And a serif that does the talking, with the occasional gradient word when it matters.
Every service got its own color: cobalt for Advisory, magenta for Studio, amber for Creators, emerald for Leads. Walk through the site and you feel where you are, without anything shouting it.
“Twelve months of work in three — then your site has to carry that pace too.”
Four machines, one story
The biggest change is not visual but structural. The site now tells what we are: one team with four machines. Advisory for companies from five million up, Studio as an AI ads platform, Creators for UGC that performs, and Leads where you pay per delivered lead — with the full conversation included.
Every page is built on the real products behind it, with the real numbers, mechanics and terms. No marketing layer over a black box — the box is open.
And yes: built in days
From first sketch to launch: days, not months. That is how we work — for ourselves and for clients. If you want to know what that looks like for your business: the door is open.
